We offer fast shipping on an international level and great service! Generally we use international express services for all international deliveries. If you want to ship via TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx. contact us.The assumption is that you have ordered goods should be over 21kgs. But TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx are more expensive, we are sorry that you had to pay extra shipping cost.
Prepare and send your order within 1-2 business days after receiving the payment, and then it takes about 5-8 days for the door to door deliveries. We’ll email you the tracking number, together with the place where you can track the status of your package after the order was sent.
We offer boat insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged items. More than 99% of these items will be delivered safely. You do not have to pay extra money for insurance, shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In the event that your item is lost or held by, or on your custom, we will reship your order immediately.
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been sent. This will incur a cancellation fee, which is 20% of the total order amount. Usually the order is arranged in the packaging and delivery process within 6 to 10 hours after order confirmation. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, you should contact us within 10 days from the day you received it. After a period of time, we accept no return. Please contact us for returning address that is different from the address on the parcel, which will send you, and make sure that your returned item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, not worn, altered or washed and can be sold.
We do not cover transportation costs returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling costs to transport the item sent back to you.
